Refund policy

At Roca De Sousa GbR, we want you to love your purchase — truly. But hey, sometimes things don’t work out. No hard feelings. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and your EU consumer rights.

1. 14-Day Return & Withdrawal Period (EU Law)

As an EU-based shop, you have the right to return your order or withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your items — no explanation needed (although we always appreciate feedback).

To start a return, you can:

  • Email us at support@papitutmirleid.com,
    or

  • Simply send the item back and make sure your order number is written clearly inside the package (paper works fine — handwriting welcome).

No order number = delayed processing = sad vibes for everyone.

2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns on:

  • All unused products

  • In original condition (basically: try but don’t “wear out”)

❌ Items we cannot accept

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear

  • Bikinis

We also cannot accept returns of items that are missing their original hand tags or the original clothing bag they were shipped in.

Also, anything used, damaged, or worn beyond trying on unfortunately can’t be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

You guessed it:
Return shipping is handled and paid by you, the customer.

You’re free to pick any shipping service you like — but we strongly recommend one with tracking so your parcel doesn’t vanish into the void.

4. Exchanges & Refund Options

We offer:

  • Refunds to your original payment method

  • Exchanges (if you want a different size, color, or product)

Processing Time

Once your return arrives and is checked in, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
We’re fast, but we’re still human.

5. What You Get Refunded (EU Rules)

In accordance with EU consumer rights:

  • We will refund the cost of the returned item(s)

  • We will also refund the standard initial shipping cost
    (If you chose express or fancy shipping, the upgrade won’t be refunded.)

Return shipping costs are not refundable.
